Veterinary Services Disclaimer
Vetorya is a technology platform. We do not provide veterinary medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- The Platform facilitates bookings between Pet Owners and independent veterinary clinics.
- All medical advice, diagnoses, and treatments are provided solely by the licensed veterinary professionals at the Clinic you choose.
- Vetorya does not employ veterinarians and is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or appropriateness of any veterinary care.
- In case of a pet emergency, contact your nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately. Do not rely solely on online consultation features for critical or life-threatening conditions.
- Veterinary clinics listed on the Platform are independently responsible for their professional conduct, licensing, and compliance with applicable veterinary regulations.
Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation via the Platform (email, SMS, or in-app notification).
- Cancellation policies are set by individual clinics and displayed at the time of booking. Typically, free cancellation is available up to 24–48 hours before the appointment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, as specified by the Clinic's policy.
- We reserve the right to restrict booking privileges for users with repeated no-shows or cancellations.
- Clinics may need to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible.
Payments & Refunds
- Payments for services are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, Stripe.
- Vetorya may charge a platform or booking fee, which will be clearly disclosed before you confirm payment.
- Refunds are handled according to the Clinic's policy and applicable consumer protection law. Contact the Clinic directly for service-related refunds.
- Platform fees are generally non-refundable unless the Clinic cancels the appointment or there is a technical failure on our part.
- All prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
